 Q. Can I pick up from your shop?

A. Absolutely. We now have EFTPOS facilities available. 

 

Q. Where is your shop located? 

A. 42F Porana Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 

 

Q. Do you ship internationally? 

A. We are currently shipping to Australia. Delivery within 7-14days

Rest of the world shipping is coming REAL soon!

 

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Shipping takes 1-3 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island.

Q. What happens if I buy an item that's "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order"?

A. Your order will be shipped when our next run lands in our store! We'll keep you posted on email. All items in stock will be shipped at the same time as you are only paying one shipping fee. 

 

Q. What happens if I want to return my item?

A. Returns- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

 

Mystery Box Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless a product is damaged or we see a refund is required due to other another reason. This will be decided at the discretion of Big Brown Industries Ltd. There is no guarantee which item/s you will receive however you can request your preferred item in the comments section at checkout. All boxes will be shipped within 48hours of order, Monday - Friday.
